Responsible for user story writing and mapping, facilitation of Inception, Feature Kickoffs, Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospective workshops and advocating for Agile and Continuous Improvement. Also facilitated and improved processes related to blitz testing and release business verification testing. Highlights were new Pay to New BSB, Pay to Address Book, Pay to BPAY and Scheduled Payments API features all delivered within an 8 month period for CommBank app and CommBank app for Tablet.Also performed in the capacity of a Product Owner for three months, delivering Push Notifications and Alerts to the CommBank app (as an alternative to NetCode SMS and Small Business SMS alerts). Also helped deliver updates to the Personal Loan process in the CommBank app.Also contributed to the analysis and agile delivery of Media and Origination features of MyWealth, now known as Portfolio for NetBank and CommBank app for Tablet.

Contributed to graphics design work for several internal SharePoint applications. Also contributed to technical writing of the Knowledge Base upgrade to Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and functional testing of internal e-forms.

Developed an Australia-wide internal IT Awareness Program for IBM Lotus Symphony. Facilitated online and face to face workshops.
