Currently leading a team of three responsible for successfully launching the first E-Commerce Market in EMEA for TikTok Shop.My efforts extend to various critical tasks, including data extraction and analysis, offline moderation appeals, RCA analysis, policy alignment, building strong relationships with stakeholders and managing a team of 8 moderators in London, England.In my time at TikTok, I have received several accolades including two 'Exceeds Expectations' Annual Performance Review Results for 2022 and 2023 which is the top grade awarded by the company for performance. As well as this, I have received 'employee of the Quarter' and a 'spot bonus' for top performance.In my previous role as Assistant Manager at TikTok I was instrumental to the day-to-day running of a team of 20 senior quality analysts. My responsibilities included full management for the team when my manager was out of office, allocating resources, defining roles and responsibilities, and establishing timelines for employees as well as regular housekeeping duties necessary.In my time as a Senior Quality Analyst I also successfully launched my own training program for new joiners, low performing quality analysts on performance improvement plans and agents who needed error coaching to improve quality metrics. This undertaking was so successful that it was adopted by the company and implemented on a global scale and resulted in my immediate promotion.Prior to my tenure at TikTok I worked as a data analyst at Accenture for a large social media company.I also have a Bachelors Degree in English and Media from Maynooth University and the equivalent level 8 diploma in Computer Science with software development from the National College of Ireland.
