1. Responsible for the quality and food safety of all fresh products that TFMX process (22 lines, +6.2 million pounds of Fresh Food per week, ~ 1.3 million boxes/month), ensuring the corresponding management of non-compliance product; updating the HACCP Plan when necessary, for the continual improvement ensuring the food safety and training the team on applicable topics.2. Responsible of the regulatory implementations in all applicable schemes (GFSI (SQF), FSMA, preserved identity (organic), social accountability audit, customer, sanitation), audit management (internal audits and external audits) and CAPA’s follow up.3. Responsible of the KPI tracking of each department within the scope of food safety and leading the multidisciplinary team to conduct the investigation of customer complaints and corrective and preventive actions implementation. 4. Leader of the multidisciplinary HACCP team, responsible of the periodic evaluation and adjustments of the Food Safety Plans, re-validation of the critical control points, that the preventive controls are effective, the compliance of the Environmental Monitoring Program and the follow up of customer complaints related to CCP failures.5.Leader of the traceability team.

SOP’s verifications, updating, developing and implementing; train employees on program content and requirements when necessary; retrain when deviations to SOP’s are observed; conduct relevant training of food safety and traceability, as required; take corrective and preventive actions to meet the standards and to follow up customer’s complains; identify and resolving problems; implement production, productivity and customer service standards; maintain and improve traceability program in production of raw material, finished products and WIPs; coordinate activities to maintain accurate and up to date traceability records and summaries; communicating essentials information to personnel when necessary for maintenance or improvement of the system; perform internal audits; supporting employees by facilitating interdepartamental communication; compiling and generate reports; and knowledge of inventory management.

Monitoring shipments across EEUUAA to keep Customers and Sales Representatives updating to ensure trucks remained on track to delivered on time and the right location; communicate all parties under account of shipment delays, pest in loads, accidents, breakdowns, recovery options and all issues regarding to the orders; scheduling appointments through different portals and also reschedule appointments; monitoring temperature during trip to prevent quality issues to product; assist on issues related to crossing at border and work closely with Shipping Department and Sales Department to improve Customer satisfaction.

Design and develop biological medical devices according to FDA and COFEPRIS standards, research and analyze scientific articles, perform stability tests, write standard operating procedures, planning and execution technology transfer operations, train personal in product’s processes and protocols, manage material for research and production in pilot scale and generate corresponding documentation.

Perform weekly production plan, provide technical advice, generate product with special customer requirements, evaluate the stability of entomopathogenic fungi and maintain and inventory records on a regular basis.
