- Served as lead counsel in a high publicity jury trial involving eights counts of attempted murder and other related charges, resulting in a guilty verdict on all counts.
- Managing a rotating caseload of 50+ violent felony indictments committed by recidivist violent felony offenders.
- Managing, supervising and training Assistant District Attorneys during arraignment proceedings and analyzing charges at the arrest stage of criminal prosecution and drafting criminal complaints.
- Gathering and presenting evidence for rotating violent felony cases to the grand jury within a 144-hour window from the time of arrest; drafting cooperation agreements, confidentiality agreements and negotiating plea.
- Interviewing and preparing police officers, victims, expert and lay witnesses to testify at trials, hearings and grand jury proceedings.
