Current- Facilitated Community Engagement by leading the planning and execution of Local Mission Trips (LMTs) across North America, working closely with church leaders and local communities to foster meaningful partnerships and ensure successful outcomes.- Engaged and collaborated with church leaders, clearly communicating Steiger's mission, offerings, and expectations, and aligning them with community needs for maximum impact.- Developed and implemented organizational templates and processes for trip planning and execution, ensuring efficiency and consistency in community outreach initiatives.- Scheduled and managed all pre-trip activities, including calls, training sessions, and coordination with partners to finalize event details.- Managed logistics, including financial budgeting and reconciliation, accommodation bookings, transportation coordination, and procurement of necessary supplies, ensuring seamless execution of community-based projects.- Coordinated volunteer involvement by organizing training sessions and ensuring volunteers were well-prepared toengage with diverse communities.- Planned, organized, and executed large-scale community events and impactful engagement projects by collaborating with international leaders and managing all logistical and operational aspects from start to finish.- Worked effectively with individuals from various national, cultural, and religious backgrounds, ensuring that all programs were inclusive and respectful of diverse perspectives.- Successfully launched five new Impact trips and three new vision trips, creating a new model for community engagement, expanding Steiger’s outreach, and building new partnerships.
