Warehouse Stock Clerk
CurrentReceives, stores, issues equipment, materials, merchandise, tools and compiles, stock records items in stock room, warehouse and storage yard. Compiles reports on the use of stock handling equipment, adjustments, of inventory counts and stock records. Ensures customer satisfaction by focusing on short range planning and mission analysis. Distribute stocks among production workers and keep records of inventories utilized. Diagnose and resolve problems in response to customer reported incidents. Research, evaluate, and provide feedback on problematic trends and patterns in customer support. Maintain problem tracking and resolution within the warehouse. Develop and manage customer service performance requirements which oversees customer support policies, procedures, and standards. Conduct daily descriptive reports for the organization.
