The Senior Onboarding and Regulatory Compliance Associate is responsible for CHC’s Employee Life Cycle process which will follow the employee from onboarding to off boarding. Duties include, but are not limited to, interfacing with recruitment and other HR teams and providing support with on-boarding candidates and being responsible for regulatory.

• The Onboarding and Regulatory Compliance Associate is responsible for CHC’s Employee Life Cycle process which will follow the employee from onboarding to off boarding. Duties include, but are not limited to.
• Successfully onboarded 60+ employees to our organization during a behavioral health acquisition. This includes but is not limited to: collecting and verifying licenses, infection control, and DCF requirements. Also.
• Successfully onboarded over 300 employee to our organization between 2019-2020.
• Successfully prepared our acquired employee files for the biannual DCF audit
• Successfully created a new CPR process for our organization which involved presenting Healthstream and new technology to the employees
• Prepare employee files for and help facilitate regulatory audits including DCF, DPH, and Joint Commission with the Manager of Compliance and Regulatory Systems

• Process paperwork for new hires including but not limited to: licenses, onboarding paperwork, departmental orientations and infection control
• Updated and improved CPR certification compliance for CHC
• Through new process: schedule CPR classes, update Sharepoint website with class information, email all eligible employees on re-certification needs
• Track employee processes and paperwork by location and job title
• Contact current employees regarding any outstanding documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Track, audit and upload licenses for clinical employees

• Handled administrative tasks such as answering phones, taking messages, mailing, faxing, filing, etc.
• Organized and ran new hire orientation
• Prepared new hire paperwork, contacted new hires for information
• Assisted with insurance maintenance
• Added new employees into system, changed employee plans and terminated coverage
• Created spreadsheets pulled from MUNIS and other sources

• Assisted with CIRMA’s transition from paper based to electronic
• Scanned paperwork through system to upload into computers
• Created and prepared paperwork to be sent to new clients
