For more than a year, I have been involved in a project and proudly held the position of events manager for one of the two teams competing for the ESSEC Student Bureau election in 2023. I supervised the organisation of multiple events while contributing to the good representation of our programme, the gathering of students and the improvement of student life at ESSEC, all within a team composed of 35 people of more than 15 different nationalities.The budget for the whole campaign is about 50,000 euros, we have been in contact with more than 80 companies, including Nestlé, L'Oréal, Verisure, Bic, MARS food, etc. This experience will always be engraved in my mind and has shaped me for my future professional experiences.During this experience, I was confronted with many feelings and skills : learning, questioning, stress management, operational supervision, decision making, convincing and increased exposure to the public.
