CitizenMe enables individuals and companies to gain real-time insights from personal data ethically and transparently. As a consultant, I worked closely with a range of clients to help them run research projects and provide them with tailored advice and training on using CitizenMe's data insights platform. Adapting to the immediate needs of a startup environment, I also had the opportunity to take on a variety of other responsibilities, primarily in marketing, CRM management and hiring.

• Organised and created content for CitizenMe’s app, blog and social media accounts • Managed customer support for all CitizenMe app users• Helped grow CitizenMe app users globally using a range of digital marketing and content-lead strategies

Lead campus tours of the university to a range of multinational visitors and provided general support at university fairs, functions and events.

Planned and implement an update of the War Studies Department's online Student Handbook, engaging with student feedback to make it more comprehensive and user-friendly.

Supported a two-week university summer program aimed at 300 international teenagers by assisting in event management and academic subject support.

Co-organised and promoted a range of social and academic events for the society's 700+ members, and organised the production, sale and delivery of society merchandise.
