Osborne Secondment role to Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd, Building and Civils. in the One Team Wessex Framework. (Structures) Infrastructure ProjectsGRIP 1 - 8· Deliver individual projects or parts of projects in a safe & environmentally responsible manner to time, cost and quality, in accordance with the Governance to Railway Investment Projects (GRIP), applicable Network Rail company standards, current legislation and procedures including HMRI guidance where appropriate.· Provide a professional, consistent and effective project management service including the use of performance indicators and project reporting systems in accordance with Railway Group and Network Rails company standards and guidelines. · Co-ordinate the interfaces between consultants and contractors, Team Leadership.· pre-construction information · review construction phase plans and work package plans;· Work closely with Engineering teams to develop optimal solutions· Responsible for the production of GRIP products and documentation· Management of change, risk analysis & risk management, programme monitoring manage project budget· Identify establish & maintain effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders engagement. · manage change, risk analysis & deliver regular progress reports including relevant risks& issues to the programme manager · Manage the deliverables of the functions that support the project, to meet the required outputs. Functions include Construction Management, Commercial, planning, engineering, HSEA, Risk & Value, Land Consents & Liabilities etc, liaising with rail operations· Promote & monitor the use of efficiency improvement methods.
