With over a decade of roles within Executive Management teams, I am a highly accomplished and passionate wine industry leader. My current position reflects the breadth of my experience and intimate knowledge across all facets of the wine business. Engaged as Chief Operating Officer, I am responsible for the overall strategy, direction, and growth of multiple wine brands across numerous global wine businesses. With a strong background in winemaking, vineyard and production efficiencies, combined with exceptional leadership, commercial and business acumen, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to achieve success and drive results. My leadership is professional and encouraging and reflects the importance of team and culture, which is crucial for the success of any business. I strive to lead an inquisitive, diverse and inclusive team with focus, resilience and a positive mindset. I also run my own small wine business and a boutique vineyard in McLaren Vale and hold a position on the Advisory Board for the Australian Women in Wine.
