As a student event coordinator for SpikeNites, I help plan over 60 events during the academic school year for Friday and Saturday nights. I assist in creating weekly marketing tools and broadcast weekend events throughout campus and on social media. I also work to manage the SpikeNites budget and collaborate with vendors and other departments on campus for upcoming events.

As the Director of Leadership Development for the Residence Hall Association, I assist in planning, coordinating, and executing leadership activities, which help residents refine leadership skills. Working closely with other executive board members, I lead the recruitment for Block Council Presidents and chair positions, as well as the following year's executive board. In collaboration with other departments on campus, I plan leadership events to help RHA members excel in their leadership abilities. In addition, I advise a group of students on campus with planning and organizing events within their residence block, and provide them with resources and guidance to put on successful events and build strong relationships.

As a recruiter intern at Amazon Web Services (AWS), I supported the Data Center and Network Services. More specifically, I assisted the team in sourcing candidates for the position of a Network Development Engineer. Using recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems, I participated in candidate phone calls and team meetings, establishing meaningful connections with candidates throughout their recruiting experience.In addition, I planned a virtual hiring event that had over 100 attendees with four different breakout sessions. Through collaboration with recruiters, hiring mangers, and engineers, the event allowed potential candidates to ask questions and hear more about the different teams represented at the event.
