As a BeaverTails Canada franchisee I'm responsible for the day-to-day operation of the business. I'm involved in the hiring, training, and maintenance of staff (over 25 employees in the high season). I have the responsibility of implementing head office directives and standards. Product knowledge and proper food preparation are a must to help control food cost and health standards.

Started my career with Toronto Harbour Tours as a seasonal Boat Captain in 2005, and 2006. However my real passion for the job took off when I was hired as the Sales Manager in 2009. I'm responsible for the day-to-day operation of the business. Furthermore I'm responsible in finding new business for our group and FIT travellers, as well as generating more private charter business for our unique fleet of vessels. I love working in tourism customer service and helping those new to the city of Toronto find their way.

Worked at the concierge desk at downtown Toronto hotels. Assisted hotel guests with restaurant reservations, ticket/attraction sales, and general city directions.

Worked as a full-time key holder. Responsible for opening and closing the store. Helped process stock and floorplans. Worked efficiently and processed register sales in a timely manner.

Starter my time with Bata as a full-time key holder, and quickly got promoted to manager-in-training. Worked at various Athlete's World locations throughout the GTA
