Quality Assurance Compliance Manager
Current1.Services the Chair of the Incident Review Committee (IRC) for Developmental Disabilities (DD) Services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:a. Schedule all IRC meetings and serve as point of communication for all membersb. Drafting and finalizing minutes for all IRC meetingsc. Distribute investigations to all committee members for discussion.d. Coordinate any follow up necessary as a result of recommendations made by the committee2.Review all corrective actions submitted in response to recommendations made at the conclusion of a DD investigation. 3. Distribute all investigative files, and corresponding DD IRC minutes, to appropriate program directors. 4. Responsible for closure of all DD incidents (or oversight in regard to 625s and internals). Also responsible for any Corrective Action Plan (CAP) revisions (when necessary).5. Responsible for Administrative Action Reporting Mechanism (AARM) submissions to the Justice Center.6. Draft and submit plans of corrective action (POCAs) in response to statements of deficiencies (SOD) received by state oversight agencies. Also must keep an up-to-date recertification schedule for DD services7. Responsible for distribution of letters of determination (LODs) and abuse/neglect investigations once LOD is received.8. Conduct investigations, as needed, including assisting with training of new QA Specialists. 9.Responsible for supervision of the QA Coordinator10. Responsible for supervision of the QA Auditor.11. Responsible for oversight of the following areas:a. Processing of all internal reports by the QA and Corporate Compliance Administrative Assistant.
