Key Responsibilities: Creating marketing strategies for promoting the referral program and facilitating the sale of vacation packages. Dissemination of the program through external media and digital channels. Coordination with Design and Branding departments for the design of promotional materials aligned with program objectives. Management of content for social networks (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) and digital campaigns for special events, as well as content gathering. Analysis and statistical reports on social media engagement and campaign performance. Continuous updating of the website and development of support materials for the team present in the hotels. Preparation of monthly reports for management, as well as support in the coordination of events in the area. My focus is oriented to the optimization of digital marketing processes and the creation of innovative strategies that contribute to the growth of the business and the satisfaction of partners and customers.
