I have completed eight years at Allstate and am increasing my leadership skills everyday. This year with my young growing family and opportunity for my Husband I have transitioned to a part time (60%) remote working schedule. I am still working as an Associate manager on a long term program team with several project deliveries. Some weeks it may see as though I still trying to sqeeze a full work week into my 3 days while still planning ahead for family dinner.
