Calculated and authorized employees’ payment and bonus distribution based on budget allocations and profits from sales. • Developed documentations for safety and operations guidelines for the team, then trained, supervised and assisted staff in preparing and serving food to customers from the entire college community.· Implemented and operated an online booking system to allow students to reserve and use the kitchen space.

Designed lessons and conducted one-on-one sessions with native Mandarin speakers learning English for academic or professional development.

• Developed a project proposal, plan and budget based on requirements and resources available to attain funding for the TeensCode program where a selected pool of up to 20 young students in rural Jamaica learned computer programming and game development skills.• Designed and executed the TeensCode curriculum which used the Python programming language, thereby allowing students to successfully create their own 2D games upon completion of the curriculum. • Recruited project staff and directed project activities to ensure delivery of a successful pilot with time and budget constraints.

• Collaborated with fellow researcher and carried out experiments to find evidence supporting Dr. Stanislov Presolski’s Organic Chemistry research and theories in his paper Functional Nanosheet Synthons by Covalent Modification of Transition-Metal Dichalcogenides. Created three (3) separate substances supporting the theory.• Analyzed experimental data and wrote lab reports on findings.
