Deep experience serving as a trusted adviser during high-profile global crises in highly regulated industries, building best-in-class compliance programs and legal operations functions, and managing risk in rapidly evolving technology landscapes are a few of the strengths she is known for. An impactful corporate board member, Alexia has been a Board Member and Board Advisor for companies around the world for many years. During her tenure as a Regional and as a Global General Counsel, she coordinated global reporting into the publicly traded AB Volvo board of directors and was vetted and approved by the Royal Bank of India for appointment to the board of directors of VFS India. As senior European counsel for CHC Helicopter Corp, she acted as company secretary to the group’s external European board. She has also been a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors. A dual-qualified lawyer (UK and US) with experience living and practicing law in the US, UK, Sweden, and Norway, Alexia has multilingual competence in Swedish, Norwegian & Danish.
