As the Program Manager for the Promise of Hope Program, I am dedicated to empowering individuals and families to achieve financial stability and secure permanent housing. In my role, I oversee the development and implementation of an 8-month comprehensive program that includes financial literacy training, budgeting assignments, and personalized support.Key responsibilities include:1. Managing program operations and ensuring participants meet monthly requirements2. Facilitating check-ins and self-guided training sessions3. Providing one-on-one support to help participants achieve their financial goals4. Coordinating with community partners to enhance program resources5. Collecting and analyzing program data to continuously improve outcomesI guide and oversee the work of our Mobile Advocate who actively engages with the community to recruit new participants. While they focus on direct outreach and participant recruitment, I assist with recruitment efforts and concentrate on data collection and analysis to inform program improvements.In the first year of the program, I was responsible for creating all program materials, requirements, and more. With a focus on creating sustainable change, I am committed to helping participants overcome financial challenges and build a secure future.
