As part of the transformation of ArcelorMittal Europe Flat Products, the ScaleUp program steers the strategic initiatives in Supply chain aiming to strengthen our commercial premium and market share. As rollout manager, I was responsible of the sucessfull roll-out of all IT products and business processes (Customer service, logistics, planning and scheduling) that will push forward the digital transformation of the Supply Chain of ArcelorMittal in Spain. The end goal is to provide ArcelorMittal Flat Europe with a sustainable competitive advantage through one supply chain in Europe, covering all supply chain steps from order entry to delivery to the customer
