Energetic, engaging, and hardworking with a Psychology major and a Communication Disorder minor. I have over four years of experience working professionally with children and adults with disabilities.I have pursued my passion for working in support of individuals having intellectual disabilities as well as with individuals having varying degrees and types of psychological and behavioral challenges. I have thoroughly enjoyed my work with groups, individuals, and families throughout the years in various positions and clinical settings.I am eager to contribute empowerment and mentorship to children and adults in need. I am interested in any hands-on or meaningful internship, job, or volunteer opportunities surrounding mental health.•Taught classes to adult special needs by following the program curriculum in community-based activities that promote personal choice, community inclusion, dignity, and respect while enhancing personal skill development.•Provided evidence-based treatment interventions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).• ASL Interpretation Certification in progress.• Familiar with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
