Build, repair and troubleshoot a variety of computer systems to include Windows, OS X and Linux/Unix. Install and troubleshoot software to include Oracle 8i, Microsoft Office and some other specialized applications. Configure VPNs, wireless network adapters. Repair and configure a variety of printers and FAX machines. Perform software upgrades and provide technical documents to assist staff and other technician with procedures.
