I'm lead responsible for the development of our own brand. I work directly with the CEO and CFO of the company to understand business development goals and work with these targets to define and build the LOAM brand identity.I lead the creative direction for all projects, whether they are for our internal use or for our clients. I managing the entire creative production process of these projects, starting from the initial concept all the way through creative development, production, and post-production.

Content Coordinator responsible for all visual content shared by the brand across global markets from video, advertising, content/social media, digital, PR, in-store and packaging, to events. Built the brand guidelines and related creative approval processes driving brand image, consistency and governance. The result was an average 30% YOY growth, and in some markets doubled brand awareness. Led and directed campaign creation, content creation and product launches for online and offline channels, tailored to suit local market audiences, languages, nuances, media plans, production budgets and timelines.

Responsible for the development of 360 marketing campaigns from concept through to production I am the lead creative for the Lazer marketing team. I scamp ideas for advertising, draft creative storyboard options for film and animations and organize and direct photo and film shoots. I develop and update the website and packaging to strengthen the brand in commerce environments both on and offline.

Creative Artworker responsible as brand guardian for all graphic design produced across France, Spain, Italy and Spain including in-store fixtures, physical shop-in-shops, brochures, print ads, out-of-home advertising, digital advertising banners, digital shop-in-shops, and press events. This was a new regional in-house digital and creative team of which I was part, resulting in an on-average 19% YOY growth for the region. Having connections and establishing trust with stakeholders from HQ I played a key role in forging and maintaining work relationships between both offices.

Artworker for all European and Russian markets responsible for the delivery of support material for all campaigns including local and global tactical, and product launches across both online and offline channels, tailored to suit local language, image requirements and timelines. Built relationships with key marketing departments including imagery, copy, retail, digital and all product category teams in order to drive quality and alignment.

As website Content Administrator I managed the Sitecore CMS to import imagery and copy content, run quality control checks on existing content, and set up the website structure. I wrote test scripts and covered regression testing, all the while reporting back to my Team Lead so that further optimisation efforts could be made.

As a team leader of street fundraisers working for Marie Currie Cancer Care, it was important for me to keep my team motivated and driven in order that we reach our daily targets. This was a challenging role but extremely rewarding, I enjoyed the hands-on approach and the social aspect.

As a graphic designer and assistant for these two commercial art galleries I had a wonderfully diverse role, the galleries were changing and the directors were taking on new ventures. I enjoyed using my knowledge and initiative to adapt or create processes for solutions regularly. I managed the design and print studio, and the photography studio. I designed full-page magazine adverts, PR invites and all promotional material for the galleries. I created books and websites for our artists and managed the galleries websites and social channels.I assisted in ensuring all email communication was visually appealing and kept to the brand guidelines. I assisted with copy writing and contributed ideas for creative content, I ensured the completion of all allocated work schedules in a timely and professional manner.In the photography studio I recorded, colour matched and managed the production of fine art giclée prints and photographed bronze sculpture in the studio. I processed all photography using Adobe Lightroom.I created a stock management system, which reduced the risk of input error, I managed the staff rota for a 24-hour photographic event. Being front of house for the gallery I was required to build client relationships and drive sales of prints and high value original paintings and bronze sculpture. I handled both fine art paintings and sculpture safely on a daily basis and delivered works of art. A framing workspace was available in which I have learnt to mount and frame artwork to a professional standard.

In Bristol’s new arts centre, I was the designer for all promotional material and produced exhibition signage and displays. My role also included the processing of paintings which were delivered to the centre to be exhibited. I was the event photographer and filmmaker for all events. I also managed the content of the website and newsletter with exhibited works, upcoming events and latest news.

One-to-one nature of serving consumers increased confidence and built people skills, early start to upselling and building relationships with customers.

Carrying out Business to Business market research and Customer Satisfaction surveys over the phone whilst working from home. I was expected to reach call targets each day, which I did consistently.
