I managed Sailthru's integration ecosystem and maintained relationships with partners at Google, Wordpress/Automattic, Shopify, Yotpo, Wunderkind, Attentive, and other complimentary tech platforms.In the role, I developed new roadmap-decisioning system, enabling better alignment with sales and customer success. New tooling allowed us to value integration projects by 3 different ARR metrics, usage data, and qualified leads in the marketing & sales pipeline.I also managed the release of a new Segment integration, going from concept to launch. Based on competitive analysis, we focused on a strategically positioned easiest-in-class feature set and were able to reduce client's onboarding time by 85%.

We built out new integrations focused on ecommerce, advertising, customer data platforms, customer support, and publishing.Software included platform plugins in PHP, microservices in Python and Java, and some frontends in relatively vanilla HTML & Javascript.

Worked with multiple startup founders to help sharpen vision, pitch decks, and early mockups and wireframes. Contracted with small businesses on full-stack projects.
