Due to my high figures, I was promoted to Branch Manager of Wright Staff. This was a big jump for me but one that I have thrived on. I have led a record year in 2021/2022 through tough economic times. In 2022 I led a campaign to sort a new website for the company and also starting a new permanent division which is taking Wright Staff into new markets across the country. I have built a current team of 18 members of staff at our head office in Worcester. Plans to expand in 2023. Watch this space!
