Trailblazed in a new role that involved strategic thinking and planning, interpretation, networking and product development. Drew all these skills to create a coherent youth publishing list, and lead the youth strategy of Scripture Union as a whole. Developed new partnerships with other organisations to maximise sales, most recently around resources to be used during the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Curated backlist to grow lifetime sales of one product beyond the 1.4 million mark, and to reduce costs in major product lines to ensure profitability. Created ground-breaking series of interpretive Bible-based narratives aimed at the horror market. Continued to network and boost profile, to foster partnerships and break new markets. Skilled as a trainer in a number of subjects. Valued and creative presenter.
