In this role, I was tasked with taking reservations, seating guests, ensuring the cleanliness of our menus, and managing take out orders. My primary job was customer service, as I would greet guests and answer the phone.

In this 6 week long internship, I was able to develop my Python and data science skills. I was mentored by experienced and passionate data scientists, and was able to deepen my understanding of the real-world applications of my school work. I became familiar with Python libraries that are common in the field such as Numpy, Seaborn, and Scikit Learn. I was also introduced to machine learning concepts and algorithms, including classification, linear regression, and clustering.

During this internship, I was exposed to digital marketing and design elements, and the impacts of consumer interaction and outreach. I was tasked with designing Instagram advertisements using Canva, as well as website banners and promotional Facebook posts, for outreach to individual and corporate consumers alike.
