As the Men's Football Operations Lead at Melbourne Victory Football Club, I am responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the A-League team, including travel, accommodation, logistics, compliance, kit and equipment. I joined Melbourne Victory in January 2022, after working as a Fixturing and Cup Competitions Manager at Football Victoria for nine months, where I managed the scheduling and delivery of various football competitions across the state. Before that, I was a Community Competitions Coordinator at Football Victoria for over a year, supporting the development and growth of grassroots football. I have developed skills in operations, accountability coaching, and project integration management, which enable me to execute complex and time-sensitive tasks efficiently and effectively. I am also pursuing a Bachelor of Business degree at Deakin University, which I expect to complete in 2025. I am passionate about football and sports, and its positive impact on the community, and I aim to contribute to the success and sustainability of sport in Australia.
