As the Asset Manager for the Romanian Dynamic Property Fund, I cover the full investment cycle, from developing the investment thesis and strategy, to raising funds, to managing and exiting the investments. My responsibilities include: • Advising on the investment strategy • Overseeing due diligence and advising the fund accordingly• Leading acquisitions, financing, disposal and operation of assets • Negotiating, agreeing terms and liaising with the advisory team in the acquisition and disposal of assets• Managing the revenues and expenses for assets under management • Carrying out periodic reviews of the assets and providing updates to the Fund • Appointing and supervising managing agents to manage the assets• Liaising with tax accountants, legal counsel, auditors and evaluators in order to ensure the efficient operation of the fund• Presenting annual asset management updates at the AGM
