Hello and welcome to my LinkedIn profile! My name is Alexis Bartlett and I'm a recent graduate of SUNY Oneonta (Class of 2022). Throughout my time at university, I gained valuable experience in Psychology, which helped me develop a strong skill set in critical thinking.In addition to my academic background, I have experience working with children and children with disabilities. I worked as a counselor, volunteered at a camp that was centered around children with disabilities, as well as I was a direct support professional for autistic twins. I find this work incredibly rewarding and it has taught me valuable lessons about patience, empathy, and the importance of communication.One of my favorite aspects of working with others is collaborating and problem-solving as part of a team. I believe that the best results come from bringing together diverse perspectives and working towards a shared goal.
