At Bending Solutions, I help with general office management including bookkeeping, work orders, purchase orders, and filing. Making sure the office and shop employees have consistent and efficient procedures, including communication. My role also stems into the customer service aspect of the office. I am the first point of contact for existing or potential customers, making sure I provide a positive and uplifting experience for anyone reaching out.

My primary responsibilities include leading the expansion of new franchise locations within the Salt Lake City territory. I am responsible for recruiting and hiring individuals whose qualifications align with the position and who would contribute significantly to our team. Overall, I establish and maintain a positive environment for both customers and patrons, as well as our valued employees and staff.
