•Provide support staff coverage and crisis intervention on a daily basis.•Obtain social and/or medical history that may have impact on the learning process.•Assist in completing any necessary paperwork for Special Education students to keep IEPs updated.•Teach Group Dynamics and any other needed Life Skills classes.•Meet with teachers to dialogue about student’s educational and emotional needs.•Counsel with students on an as needed basis or at Supervisor’s request.•Assist with coverage when staff is absent.•Develop treatment plans as tools for measuring and assessing the progression of a student.•Provide clinical service delivery with regard to individual, group and family therapy of assigned caseload.•Administer standardized testing to students on assigned caseload.•Serve as liaison between CYHS and outside agencies that provide mental health services to our students.

Tuition role•Provides excellent service to all customers when administering tuition program and assisting with CLL Academic Partnerships. •Ensures the tuition program is administered accurately and timely for the benefit of Barnes-Jewish Hospital employees. •Accurately interprets and communicates tuition policy, procedures and practices. Verifies eligibility for tuition benefits before administering benefit.•Communicates changes regarding tuition policies and programs in a timely mannerFMLA role•Takes exceptional care of people by providing the administration of FMLA and non-FMLA applications for leave of absences for employees of Barnes-Jewish Hospital, understanding the legal components and requirements of the regulations as well as the Hospital's policies regarding such leaves. •Acts as a resource in assisting both employees and members of management in understanding the FMLA/Non-FMLA policy, procedures, and practices. Maintains accurate files and data base of employees on leaves of absences and coordinate payments of insurance premiums, adjustments and arrears, preparing correspondence as needed. •Works closely with payroll, system departments and insurance companies to ensure accuracy of information. Follows established controls to ensure accuracy of data.Employee Service Coordinator role •Verify and input new and/ or changing employee information for Barnes-Jewish Hospital to assure accurate employee records, pay and benefit time.•Implemented Standard Work documents for process improvement.
