Collaborated with full time interns to promote bike races and events in the community. Developed flyers and updated website for all up coming events and races. Posted race results and organized all tickets for Friday night races. Managed “Race Day Interns” during races and primarily managed ticket booth and customer service. Weekday tasks included answering phones, marketing, and answering emails. Regularly set up meetings with full time staff, and achieved contacts for different vendors throughout the weeks.
