I oversee their personal training, implementing movements and workouts that work on mobility, posture, weight loss, body recomposition, muscle growth, and strength and power. I also personally oversee their nutrition, so that they are eating in the correct ways to implement more success in the gym and in their daily lives. For this position it is my job to answer and redirect phone calls to the proper recipients, manage the calendars for my employers, arrange conference calls and zoom call meetings, and schedule meetings. Then I was also tasked with maintaining reports, records, and files, and accounts payable, utilizing word and excel, manage expenses and reports for my team. Occasionally I am tasked to attend meetings to record and document using Word, prepared reports using Word, am able to compile transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings. As an Administrative assistant, I am able to prepare agendas for visitors and coordinate travel. I’m also tasked with maintaining confidential information from the clients and my employers, as well as screening calls for my executives and filing and retrieving documents, records, and reports. I am able to do this 100% remotely as a full-time position, keeping a professional appearance whenever visible.
