• Externship Coordinator Assistant - Under the direct supervision of the Academic Dean, the Externship Coordinator Assistant administers all programs related to the daily operations of the Externship Office, while.
• Performs a wide variety of assignments which are sometimes confidential in nature: operates personal computer to enter data, draft, edit, revise and print letters and campus newsletter, tables, reports and other.
• Establishes, maintains, processes and updates files, records, certificates and/or other documents.
• Ensure with the Program Director, all students are cleared and qualified for externship prior to starting the externship course.
• Resolves routine administrative problems and answers inquiries concerning operation of the externship office.
• Maintains the physical and electronic student records according to the ECA’s externship requirements.

Under general direction, the Donor Outreach Coordinator is responsible for customer service to donors for the purpose of increasing donor frequency and maintaining donor retention.Assure quality support records are reviewed for accuracy and completeness.
