I am an experienced UX writer and content manager working at Cover Genius, a global insurtech leader focused on embedded insurance for the largest ecommerce companies globally. Cover Genius was recognised by the Financial Times as the fastest growing company in APAC, where it was originally founded. I create content solutions for our Cover Genius products, crafting customer flows and writing bespoke content to support various user journeys. I tailor the content I write to suit different markets, demographics and insurance products, to optimise attach rate and create a positive experience for customers. I work closely with engineers, designers, product managers and account managers located all across the globe. I am skilled in UX design, user research, content creation and design, and writing for web. I am a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and have recently completed introductory courses in a number front-end development programming languages. I hold a Bachelor of Politics, International Relations/Bachelor of Communications in Media and Public Affairs, majoring in National Security from the University of Canberra.
