• Recruits, trains, supervises, and evaluates new employees• Create curriculum for recreational players/teams• Coordinate with 3rd parties such as San Francisco Rec & Park and SF Youth Soccer League• Develop and maintain good working relationships with the families within the soccer community • Process registrations and serve as main point of contact for potential and registered club members• Set-up and coordinate staff work schedules• Manage and maintain inventory system • Maintain database systems inclusive of donor, volunteer, and club member databases• Generate monthly and quarterly reports in coordination with the program staff• Assist with tracking of expenditure and invoicing • Preparing and running monthly meetings, including conducting mailings, reserving space, arranging for food, prepping necessary paperwork• Provide communication support through the execution of monthly e-newsletters, website content upload and editing, social media posting, monitoring and trouble-shooting answering emails and phones calls• Maintain a system for tracking the progress of the soccer club's curriculum

• Responding to customer inquiries by phone/voicemail/email in a timely fashion, relaying messages to staff from clients, and updating clients on availability of staff• Maintaining both electronic and hard copy files• Receiving and accommodating all office guests, including visitors, clients, vendors, building management, repair/maintenance workers, delivery people and others• Data entry and document management • Maintain clean and organized work space and office environment.• Secretarial duties including composition of correspondence and forms.• Generate reports as assigned.
