- Oversaw approximately 600 teens in Westchester and Rockland County- Worked directly with 11 active chapters teen leaders to enhance programmatic growth and teen leadership development- Worked directly with teen leaders at the regional and chapter level to create impactful, fun, and dynamic programs- Led all efforts in regional engagement, including parent and teen outreach for all regional and chapter events- Recruited new members to join BBYO and to attend summer programs- Worked with teens to attract and retain members to build and grow chapters- Mentored 12 regional leaders and 70 chapter leaders in program and leadership training- Trained teens on meeting facilitation, event calendar planning, meaningful program development, and membership recruitment - Organized and operated 3 weekend-long conventions a year and regional events throughout the year- Engage with community partners and stakeholders to actively recruit new members to join BBYO and attend summer programs- In my first summer with BBYO, I served as Wellness Administrator, supporting the nursing team with daily operations of the health center, including medication preparation, urgent care coordination, and supply management. I also maintained up-to-date camper and staff records and managed health-related databases in accordance with BBYO policies- During my second year of the fellowship, I recruited college-aged counselors to staff one of three of our domestic leadership programs

- Serves as a co-advisor for Danielle Goren BBG - an all girls chapter in Allentown, Pennsylvania- Overlooks the well-being of 20+ high school aged girls- Attends bi-weekly chapter programming and bi-weekly chapter board meetings- Helps strengthen the chapter in terms of membership, sisterhood, financially, etc- Attends all regional conventions, in addition to attending International Convention 2022 in Baltimore and International Convention2023 in Dallas, Texas- Helps coordinates all election procedures for the future of the chapter

- Served as a role model for participants as a young Jewish adult and an exemplary BBYO alum, translating past BBYO experiencesinto learning opportunities for participants. - During the COVID-19 pandemic, I worked as a substitute and floater for Early Childhood at Westchester Reform Temple, on top of being a full time student- Facilitated games and activities for children ages 1-5- Helped children form relationships with other children- Assessed the emotional and physical well-being of every student- Assisted teachers in every way possible

- Counselor for ten twelve year olds, went to every activity with them- Taught the campers how to swim - Worked with the campers to friendship build with one another and how to work independently- Created, organized, and facilitated daily activities - Assessed the daily needs of all campers, no matter the age or gender - Observed behavior and social interaction of campers and intervened when conflicts occurred with innovative strategies
