HYPOXI Australia is a national franchise network of over 80 boutique weight loss studios across Australia. HYPOXI forms part of Fitness and Lifestyle Group and currently operates 25 company owned studios across the Goodlife Health Clubs and Fitness First Australia brands.Key Responsibilities:- Management of HYPOXI Australia's machine distribution and franchise operations, including direct management of Head Office team, machine and franchise sales, technical support, logistics, R&D, key liaison to manufacturer.- Management of corporate studio portfolio operations including development of 'in-club' studio concept, direct management of Regional Management team, sales strategy, studio roll out strategy, training, health club integration. - Development of core systems and infrastructure for both franchise and corporate studios including comprehensive franchise manual and training materials.- P&L responsibility for HYPOXI Australia across all areas, and in conjunction with our CEO and CFO oversee budgeting, reforecasting, capex management, and management reporting.- Strategy and implementation of transition from licence network to franchise network including management of legal issues and advisors.- Strategy and implementation of national and local marketing plans across ATL and BTL channels and partnerships.- Development of HYPOXI USA studio concept, roll out strategy, launch strategy, marketing plan and initial budgets/forecasts. I continue to work closely with the US team on strategy, franchise sales and roll out, budgets, studio operations, and marketing.

In FY13 IWT generated approximately $15m in ticket sales and $300,000 in booking fee revenue. Key Responsibilities and Achievements• Ideation of the business (including unique dynamic pricing model) and brand.• Preparation of business plan.• Development of initial design and build of first ticketing platform.• Negotiation and structuring of equity deal with web developer.• Preparation and negotiation of legal documents.• Development of initial sales and marketing strategies.• Negotiation and structuring of ‘family and friends’ capital raising.
