Alexis is a board-certified orthopedic specialist, specializing in pelvic rehabilitation and manual therapy. She is passionate about combining her knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and functional movement to thoroughly assess symptoms and guide treatment. She works closely with her patients to address their unique symptoms and goals by providing a combination of specific, individualized exercises and hands-on interventions. Her clinical interests include pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy related pain, postpartum care, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, shoulder pain and dysfunction, running related injuries, and treatment for all spine conditions.
