Thus I am focused on supplier selection process, contract management and industrial schemes.One other main challenge is to find public financing opportunities to finance the program. In that respect I am the focal point with Bpifrance for major funding projects that FLYING WHALES has been granted with. My mission is to draw up the logic of activities & manage the good execution by the industrial partners involved.Being also the primary point of contact with our historical partner ONERA allows me to coordinate Aerodynamics and Flight Dynamics activities dedicated to the design of the LCA60T. In that respect I am involved in building up the logic of developpment, in planning the activities accordingly and in tracking the tasks with the right level of prioritization.
