Fully supported the Store Manager in daily operational and visual excellence.Planned and executed window sets as well floor sets from a merchandising perspective. Helped source and hire new talent as well as go through planning session. Created weekly associate schedules as well as submit payroll on a weekly basis.

As the ASM I have been responsible for:- Daily procedures within the store for example closing/opening, banking functions- Shipment processing/Visual standards and monthly floor moves within the stores.- Hiring associates for our team, while also coaching and training established team members for consistent growth and enrichment.- Customer interaction and guest services- Loss prevention practices and training.

I started at this retailer as a sales associate and was promoted twice within the year and a half I worked there. Under my first management position I was taught:- Store maintenance and recovery- Daily opening and closing procedures using POS systems- Team leadership and expansion, this was the first time I really had an opportunity to build and work on a team in an authoritative position,- Monthly floor moves- Markdowns, signage updates, visual standards- Inventory/ loss prevention
