I translate knowledge into action by creating engaging and effective learning solutions for forward-thinking organizations. I have an MS in Elearning and a BA in English, Professional and Technical Writing, which equip me with the knowledge and skills to design, develop, and deliver instructional content that meets the learners' needs and the business goals. I’m currently pursuing my doctorate in Higher Educational Leadership.I collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, from both technical and nontechnical roles, to analyze, prepare, and deliver assessment outcomes, technical coursework, and training methodologies using various tools and platforms. I have also contributed to optimizing and streamlining the learning and development quality assurance procedures, the project management documentation, and the technical publication processes and procedures for new and returning team members. I am passionate about making sense of learning and documentation in corporate spaces, and always curious and eager to learn new skills and tools.
