Overseeing quality assurance by editing reports and managing and developing the team of Screeners.

Performing in-depth background checks for the client. Ensure client and candidate confidentiality and accuracy is provided regarding a candidate's past work experience, credit information, education and more.

• Engage with the general public and follow the health and safety protocols while assisting with field work;• Data entry of historical fish stocking records; species at risk monitoring reports; and 407 Individual Environmental Assessment and Preliminary Design Study occurrence sites. • Visually inspect streams within the Lake Simcoe Watershed to determine which ones were in need of bank restoration;• Swept the Black River for invasive Water Soldier plants;• Worked with various organization such as Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority; Friends of Scanlon;

• Supporting municipalities through Access Point Surveys around Lake Simcoe, and speaking with members of the general public regarding boat launch access;• Forecasting a budget, sourcing materials, obtaining quotes and informing the supplier of the requirements;• Organization weekly meetings; coordinated with various staff members; and sat-in on meetings.

Responsible for teaching/guiding campers through various activities (ie. Nature, Kayaking, Photography). Also responsible for the health and well-being of all campers.
