I hope to make a career out of journalism or acting. When I attend college I plan on majoring in communications since theater isn't a very stable career. I've always wanted to be an author or writer - most of my free time is spent writing short stories. Acting is something I didn't start doing until I was a freshman in high school. But I immediately knew that it was something I want to do for a long time.

  Mostly I worked the register, handling money and ringing up customers. This job also includes helping customers with any needs; answering questions, retrieving items/products, ringing them up, etc. I also stock the store with any items necessary and am sometimes involved in preparing products - baking, boxing and marking certain products. I am one of the only people able to work the closing shift so I am able to store most of the items efficiently, saving space and time. Recently, I’ve begun training a newer employee in closing the bakery. It’s a very fast-paced job most times and I handle the often long lines very well.
