I have several years leadership and management experience in the Education sector across varied provision at all age levels with expertise in learning difficulties and disabilities. I have worked in 2 GFE colleges, 1 Local Authority, 2 Independent Specialist Colleges and currently I work in an SEN residential school that includes Primary, Secondary and Post 16 provision. I have the National Professional Qualification in Headship. I have lots of experience in strategic leadership, operational management, change management, quality assurance & improvement, implementing initiatives, designing innovative provision, developing partnerships and collaborating on projects. I have an excellent track record for managing people and systems including performance management and staff development. I have a focus on educational excellence to ensure that learning, achievement and progression is optimised for all students.
