Hired as Sr. Loan Processor. Later conceptualized, proposed, implemented and eventually trained in our first Training Department for seasoned new hire loan processors. As the initial sole manager/trainer of this department, we then expanded and began our new "Greenlight University Freshman"​ class for candidates with no experience in the mortgage industry and taking them through a 3 month University and Training class where I wrote a complete "101" manual outlining all facets of mortgage loans and income. From there I then moved on to implement, hire, train and manage the first Government Program Team for FHA & VA Refinances as well as All Product Purchase Team. After the acquisition of Greenlight Financial by Nationstar Mortgage located in Dallas, I was then sent to the new corporate office in Texas for 3 months to coordinate and manage the new POC teams (Proof of Concept) during the transition of all Direct to Consumer orignations departments (Sales, Processing, Underwriting, Funding) during the system and process merger. I was also positioned as the on-site SME to the business stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, PnP, Training, I.T.) to provide insight and understanding of the new process for accurate documentation and training. Upon my return to our California office, I was then assigned to implement, hire and train a new Business Implementation Team. This team acts as the liaison & coordinator to the business for implementing new systems and procedures flow and expertise where needed. Current Product Owner of Capital Markets backlog (Agile) tasked with creating, analyzing and approving business requirements, prioritization & UAT as it relates to Ellie Mae Encompass and our internal Loan Delivery system enhancements.Expert knowledge in E.M. Encompass 360 as well as Doc Magic & MRG Document System.
