Deputy G1 for 7th Army Training Command. Assist with oversight of the G1 section to ensure processes and procedures are in place for all types of actions. Provide personnel planning and manning support to staff and commanders.

Responsible for synchronizing HR lines of effort, policies, programs and systems for 7th Army Training Command. Facilitate the operational and organizational assessment of brigade S1 sections, integrating lessons learned and sharing best practices with G1 staff and brigade S1s.

Personnel and strength management officer responsible for all manpower, personnel, and administration requirements for an Airborne Field Artillery Regiment comprised of five batteries, with over 400 soldiers.

Four month course providing additional skills and knowledge of human resources concepts, practices, techniques and theory; problem-solving and decision-making techniques; team-building skills and leadership behaviors.

Coordinate all company training events for 10-week cycles for 10 Drill Sergeants and 240 trainees. Ensure provisional food services for all training as well as transportation to and from training sites. Responsible for maintaining facilities and equipment. Perform duties as the Company Arms Room Officer, Battalion Safety Officer (ADSO), Physical Security Officer, Company Combined Forces Campaign Representative, Company Arms Ammo and Explosives Key Custodian, Company Army Emergency Relief Representative and facility manager.

Ensure personnel readiness, accountability, strength management, and information management in support of the battalion's mission requirements; manage processing of all essential personnel services to include personnel actions, leave, finance, awards, and evaluations

Ten week course covering coordination and management of the Army’s human resources programs and policies for the military and civilian workforce.
