-Work with Clinical Educators to organize and coordinate new Home Health employee orientation process.-Manage training schedules for Clinical Educators.-Schedule and track all Orientation online meetings and track attendance.-Oversee and conduct research for special projects.-Work collaboratively with recruiting partners to set up training for new hires into Home Health Practice. -Assure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as applicable laws and regulations.

-Interview, hire, train, direct, supervise, and evaluate work activities of Dining Services personnel.-Met coverage demands by establishing work schedules and assigning specific jobs.-Visit all dining service areas to assess service and customer satisfaction levels.-Assist in policy and procedure updates, changes or other modifications including making recommendations based on interactions with customers.-Develop and create print materials and email marketing to promote upcoming events. -Participate with activities department to plan and execute resident special events and holiday events.

-Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with director.-Provide patients with help moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles and with dressing and grooming. -Entertain, converse with, or read aloud to patients to keep them mentally healthy and alert. -Serve meals to patients and help with feeding, according to prescribed diets. -Care for elderly who have dementia and provide emotional support to family members.

-Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner.-Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations. -Schedule staff hours and assign duties. -Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service. -Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that guidelines, such as those for special diets, are followed.-Organize and direct worker training programs, resolve personnel problems, hire new staff, and evaluate employee performance in dining facility.
