I also conducted phone consultations with homeowners seeking financial relief under the CARES Act Mortgage Forbearance program. After determining their qualification, I provided homeowners with the documents and information they needed to request a forbearance from their banks.

When I first began working with LSCF, a nonprofit in Evanston, IL, I managed its existing social media account. Over four years, I developed a comprehensive online presence that increased reach to over 1,800 older adults. I also designed its website and implemented accessible event registration and online donation capabilities. The online presence I created now allows the Foundation to provide senior services and events despite the COVID-19 quarantine.
